Everything went well with our new transportation...went something went wrong. One of the teleporters have lost signal, and suddenly connected to a demonic realm...which is hell. And then all hell broke lose. You...have been asgined as a new marine to stop this invasion, you have to teleport to hell, and kill the hellsmith. Good luck, but dont think you stopped all invasion after you killed him, its not over yet...(run the wad with OpenGL, makes the game look good. just go the "set video options in well...options and switch the render to OpenGL.)

  4. Camp Or Underground

7 maps for you to enjoy. (I hope so) Also, the rocket wes edited to not damage a player. And weapons were edited so player could change weapons he holds faster. Few tips: - Don't save! For some reason the loading saved game on some maps gives an error. - Don't waste ammo. - The ammos in the beggining of Map05 are given for the whole level. - Yea, and on Map07 you don't need to kill anybody. Just run. And now for story: Geron is your name and you dooon't care. Grom is your brother and he think that everybody are losers. You were camping together in your favourite place near the dangerous forest. One day Grom found that there is some interesting (What means that it's actually a boring looking one) building. So you decided to go chech that building tomorrow...

  5. Etude in Blood

You'll be swimming in blood ! Activate 17 skulls to gain access to main gate. There, an army of imps (supported by some cacos) will attack you. Slaughter them all before you can access the exit.

This is my first released map. It was originally intended to be a small map, but then it grew a bit bigger then planned...

Includes a small intro and some scripting.

  11. Chapel of Chaos

Here you step into hell and your first obstacle is a large chapel presumably built as a staging point for invading Earth. Proceed through and kill everything that is opposing so you can move on with your main mission.

This map will only run on Boom compatible sourceports due to the use of generalized linedef actions and sector types.

This wad is fairly large, but not overly complex. Should provide a good balance of monsters/ammo, but not tested/built for anything other than Ultra-violence. I think this is my 2nd ever released wad.

  15. av20 from memory

av2map20.wad is a remake of the starting area from AV.wad MAP20, built only using my memory, after not having played that map in a couple years. The remake pokes fun at how two of the player starts are placed behind impassible lines, trapping those players at the start. So, maybe you can think of the remake as a special mission for the trapped players.

av3map20.wad is an incomplete remake of the rest of AV.wad MAP20, built only using my memory. The last time I played that map was when I recorded a speedrun of it, so I had trouble remembering all of the rooms and how they connect to each other. I decided to give up before building everything I remembered, since I would just run into a mental dead-end. There is no gameplay in this remake, just rooms.

  16. BUMP

This map started out as a demonstration of things that work in vanilla or prboom but don't work in ZDoom, making the map unplayable in ZDoom. It's like an obstacle course. There are only two monsters, but DON'T KILL THEM! Also, play this with -fast. You have to play with -fast if you want the archviles to behave properly in this map.

MAP01 and 02 are the same except for a really small change in MAP02. MAP02 is the updated version.

  18. The Compound

A quick map I decided to do. Originally, it was going to be a vanilla map for the original Doom, then I just UDMF'd it, added some N64 Doom music and yeah. The idea partly stems from me wanting to do a map like The Ultimate Doomer's fun WAD, License To Spell Doom. Besides that, I wanted to make some maps with the PS1 Doom atmosphere.

  20. DooM: Assimilation (Demo)

This is a demo of a project I started years ago. It consists in "DooM meets Borg" themed levels, textures and monsters. In this demo only one map is available but 5 new monsters make their appearance. I don't know if I'll go ahead with this project, perhaps yes if I get good feedback from the DooM Community.

Meanwhile you bump onto a mysterious cave that leads into some ancient alien ruins with dangerous alien graves and ancient technology. Your mission is to gather as much stuff as possible and find your way to the city and kill those Cacos.

  23. Axebreaker

Find enough advanced weaponry to get past a Spider Mastermind and exit the level. Be careful not to wake him up sooner than you need to. The start of the map is a scramble for survival. I recommend heading up to the Mancubus's platform, grabbing the the Super Shotgun and box of shells, and you should be alright.

Also, after teleporting into a tower, the idea is to grab the Rocket Launcher and jump out the window. If you go too close to the window you will trigger something very dangerous, so stay away until you are sure you want to leave.

I genuinely enjoyed this mod with its level design and music. It was challenging and interesting and it kept me playing a while after beating it to try to find anything. though I would say it was slightly repetitive and overwhelming with enemies at some moments.

Writing a review for Darkening 2 is tough. It's a beloved megawad, and for good reason. As many other reviewers have said, it is historically a very important project.   It was an important megawad for me personally. I fell in love with the first level in particular. The music, the realistic architecture, so reminiscent of the video games of the 90s... It all left a lasting impression. And it was one of the most beautiful wads I've seen at the time.   But I rarely played anyt

A competently made map, for sure, but fun? It's way too long and repetitive, with same-y combat & ambush scenarios used again and again, and with way too much enemies, and not that much of a challenge, even for me who isn't exactly fond of "SUPER HARD WAD #9263!!!!11!. You can cut the whole thing in half, and then cut THAT half in half, and it would be a better map. Is it bad? No, just a little bit above average, mostly because it drags a bit too long.

Generally good map design, but the difficulty as is the case with pwads tends to be uneven even on HMP, especially when you mix them with what slaughtermaps tend to be (monster spam). Too many parts where, after pressing a switch, you'll spend some time killing enemies only to realise the map maker tried to get cute and spawned a bunch of hidden archviles somewhere to start reviving everyone while you were busy wasting ammo. This is especially unfun in parts with very little cover where you'll b

I like the part where I pay for the numerous murders I committed by getting beaten up by either a Mancubus or an Arachnotron, it changed my outlook on Monster Priority. Thank you "Problematic" Revenant #7, I have yet to find a way to repay him.
