After many many months of working on this on and off this is finally done! My aim was to create a really dark level that emulates the scary theme of PSX Doom and Doom 3. The map uses new tech textures and the PSX Doom sounds, as well as a sound track from Doom 64 (yes I know the file size is large but since this is suppose to be worth a full hour (at least) of gameplay and is really important for creating the atmosphere I want to create I think its worth it)
The map is for Zdoom based ports, and it uses Zdoom features such as slopes and colored lights.
----------------------------------------------- The story so far......
Your a elite former soldier and a gun for hire. Something has gone terribly wrong (for the tenth billionth time) at a secret research base on the North-Pole that belongs to the Gionetics corporation, the UAC's biggest competitor. After begin contacted by Gionetics, they convince you take care of their mess since they don't want the general public to find out about the disaster. In return for a big fat paycheck, you arrive on there secret base of operations in Canada to prepare for your mission. They brief you about the situation and tell you that they were experimenting with stolen UAC technology in an attempt to perfect the teleportation technology for there own purposes only to repeat the mistake made by the UAC on Mars all of those years ago.
Because of the North-pole's remote location, the demons have not yet been able to find a way to leave the base area and thus Earth is save for the moment. But their numbers continue to grow and if they aren't stopped soon then all of Earth will be in grave danger........
You paradrop down and land right outside the base entrance, you open the entrance door and enter the base.........there is no turning back now. ----------------------------------------------36 downloads

This wad shows real existing city (Bytom in Poland) moved to Doom universe. 99% of buildings and locations was a copy of real places. The only changes were introduced because of the engine limitations. I tried to create an exact copy of every area with his oryginal scale and geometry (as far as this is possible in Doom). I used the surveying maps and aerial photography. Many times I must walk through those regions in order to implement the necessary images. There aren't many maps that focus on the chaingun, so I made this. A small-ish key hunt in Hell, with scarce supplies and no shotguns or plasma weaponry. You don't need to grab them in any order. Tuning Contest#5 (aka Freakmapping)

The archive contains the maps, sent on competition which was held in iddqd.ru on July, 7-24th, 2010. The idea of competition was that the map, created by the random map generator, is being improved and modified by each participant of competition under the port chosen by participant himself. Surprises and unusual decisions were welcomed as well. Thus the participant can map game zones only within a rectangle outlined around of an initial map. Behind its limits, it was allowed to do decorative landscapes and technical sectors. Also all initial map's vertexes should have been invariable.

Ok, this is another tribute map for a mapper which marked this year, as like as gama-dm (gamarra) and ruba's daffieduk.wad remake, this time our champion is the unstoppable speedmapper Chris Wright. I made this following his own mapping canons (abstract theme, lots of curve linedefs, usage of almost every texture in doom 2 stock) and adding few stuff of my mapping style.
