* General info *
After uploading GDM_CAVE.WAD to /incoming yesterday, I decided to have a
look at what I was doing with Doom - The Arcade Game. I came across this
map which I had started back in late December/early January, and decided to
finish it and upload it to /incoming too.
OK, just some quick instructions (although if you've played D-TAG to death
it should seem easy enough to work out).
You control the rockets from the buttons located in front of you at the
start. Basically, you adjust their angle, pitch, and speed. Angle and pitch
are altered via switches on the left, and speed by switches on the right.
Once you have the desired setup, hit the green button and a rocket will
fire. A delay of 1 second will occur before you can fire another rocket.
This is somewhat incomplete - you will notice the usual intro isn't in the
map for a start. The completed map will have some extra graphics so that I
can get rid of the hudmsg in the upper right hand corner.
