from Final Doom.)

Cooperative 2-4 Player : Yes - I added the start points, but I'm not sure how it
would work out since the levels have a lot of triggers

Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Yes - You can try it, but just like I said above, I'm not sure
how it would work because of all the triggers and stuff.
Other game styles : N/A

* Construction *
Base : New from scratch
Build Time : Long time, a month I would say
Editor(s) used : WadAuthor, WinTex, Adobe Photoshop, Cool Edit, MIDI2MUS
Known Bugs : Sometimes the engine has a lot of stuff to render
and it gives you that blinking/fading effect. It
doesn't happen that much though.
May Not Run With... : Haven't tested it with any ports, I'm not sure
how it would work with them. Works good with normal
Doom.
Story / Notes / Tips : Basically this is my first real Doom level and probably the
last, because it took forever to make. In it I wanted
to see how much I could push the original Doom engine with the
number of polygons on the screen and what it's really
capable of via events and triggers. I don't think it's
100% perfect, but I think you'll enjoy it.
So, what's it about? You are part of the group of miners,
who discovered some ancient ruins in a middle of a volcano
and awakened the horrors trapped within. Now you have to
find a way out of the caves and to the surface. But when
you get to surface you see that monsters are everywhere. You
got to get you hands on a ship and fly on out of there.
Here are some tips, when you come up to terminals (forget
switches), press them a couple of times because they don't
give a sound, so you make sure you activate them. Also save
occasionally, because if you fall in a wrong lava pit, it's
over. I added some lifts to get you out of some situations,
but not all. The first level is a could be little tricky
to solve, however I'm sure you Doom veterans can handle it.
And finally, there are some secrets, however I could not get
the editor to actually designate them "secret", so at the end
they show up a 0%, but they are there. That's about all I can
think of.
That's pretty much the short behind the levels. I
originally planned it to be one big level, but with the
ammount of detail it wasn't possible so I split it up in
three smaller levels. There is some sense of continuity
between them and they don't look like your normal Doom levels.
I guess I was inspired by other next-gen games to create
a little more realistic levels. Remember, it's my first
Doom creation, so it isn't perfect. I hope you like it,
any feedback is welcome. Rock on Doomers!
