Single Player : Yep.
Cooperative 2-4 Player : Do whatever you want.
Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Tested in botmatch, works fine.
Other game styles : MIGHT work in Skulltag. Big MIGHT.
Difficulty Settings : Whatever the map supports
