Most of the maps contain a megasphere, a blue armor, a soul sphere,
a green armor, and a berzerk pack - in altdeath these respawn, and are
generally balanced so that both players could potentially get 200% health
and armor. Weapons are also balanced for altdeath, with placement that makes
it more difficult for one player to grab all of them.
They play fine in olddm, but altdeath is highly recommended.
