Very basic level design with lots of texture errors (because it was tested on ZDoom and not vanilla or Heretic+). Good thing it was playable.

Everything here is fine but this map is so short I can't give it more than a three. I got through it all in like 45 seconds.

It's nothing special. Except for being for Heretic which makes it somewhat of a rarity. The layouts are nothing to write home about and the map is over so fast that you won't know what hit you. Also the sky is fucked up because of the horizontal line with the mountains. And I don't know what if anything about the map makes it require Zdoom other than possibly Zdoomisms.

This was a very sort map but with nice atmospheric details. It is actually the first Heretic WAD I happen to play and I will look more into other WADs for this game. I am curious what kind of maps can be build after this one. 4/5 - Optimus

A short map with some good architecture and some neat ideas. A perfect start to an episode replacement. As the author states in the readme, the sky texture tiles badly, so you'll need to enable "stretch short skies" to view it properly. Another thing is that there was too much ammo for only 27 monsters. Still, this was good and I hope the author considers doing a full episode, because it would be awesome.

      I genuinely enjoyed this mod with its level design and music. It was challenging and interesting and it kept me playing a while after beating it to try to find anything. though I would say it was slightly repetitive and overwhelming with enemies at some moments.

      A competently made map, for sure, but fun? It's way too long and repetitive, with same-y combat & ambush scenarios used again and again, and with way too much enemies, and not that much of a challenge, even for me who isn't exactly fond of "SUPER HARD WAD #9263!!!!11!. You can cut the whole thing in half, and then cut THAT half in half, and it would be a better map. Is it bad? No, just a little bit above average, mostly because it drags a bit too long.

      Generally good map design, but the difficulty as is the case with pwads tends to be uneven even on HMP, especially when you mix them with what slaughtermaps tend to be (monster spam). Too many parts where, after pressing a switch, you'll spend some time killing enemies only to realise the map maker tried to get cute and spawned a bunch of hidden archviles somewhere to start reviving everyone while you were busy wasting ammo.       I like the part where I pay for the numerous murders I committed by getting beaten up by either a Mancubus or an Arachnotron, it changed my outlook on Monster Priority. Thank you "Problematic" Revenant #7, I have yet to find a way to repay him.
