LordEntr0py Posted September 25, 2020 (edited) Hell's Farthest Shore: Command Center. I'd estimate it's about 80% complete. Unfinished map areas at the edges to the north, the northeast and central west edge. This is the map I started on 1st July with hopes to speedmap in a few days, but it kept getting bigger. The idea to make a replacement for episode 2 quickly developed into a project combining the original episode's atmosphere of menace with a landscape of intimidating brutalist architecture. smeghammer Posted October 7, 2020 I'm starting on a new short (really, I mean it this time...) 2-3 level vanilla compatible WAD. First map is sort of cubist canyon, second probably a cubist swamp. Not sure about the third yet. Trying to limit the size and complexity. Very basic so far, but hopefully this will take just a few days. That's the plan anyway. Probably gonna call the whole thing 'Rectilinia': Empty canyon start. No lighting done yet: Teleport into a big ass cage with - well you can see: Be very quiet... This one involves lots of teleports.
