Recreate Plutonia from Memory! (CP) (Completed)

I think I did pretty damn good. I think the only maps in Plutonia that I know better than this one are MAP01 and MAP30. Scale's a little off...decorations and some items are different...to be expected. Some textures I missed completely haha. But I think my memory served me fairly well, here.
Also, I learned how to do my first self-referencing sector for the bridge! Yay progress!

Tested with Crispy and GZ.

MAP18 - Brainball

 

Tested in PrBoomPlus - complevel 4. If anyone finds any major bugs let me know. I don't think there's anything wrong though.

EDIT: just realised you could get softlocked near the red key by falling in the blood to the east, so I added a teleporter for escape.

So, what about the new deadline? I'd like to see this thing finished in near future, and maybe step in on another small-sized map.

Seems like tracking of completion stopped, so I'm not sure how close we are.

I've been a bit busy lately, but I'll try to get it all updated soon. I'll put a new deadline up when I make that update post.

The list is up to date, and here's a new version: PLEXRM.zip

The midis are a bit messed up - I think it's due to some people bundling midis with their maps? I'm not entirely sure what I've done.

 

Regardless, I have missed or do not have submissions from:

@SilverMiner, @spineapple tea, @Lord_Future, @ThatWeNGuy, @noob_killer012345678, @Bagellio, @SuperPecanMan, @Large Cat, @Skronkidonk, @Ludi (uncompleted midi submissions not currently mentioned, these are all mappers.)

Many midis and text lumps are still free, so feel free to take them if you want.

 

I'll be busy again for most of this month, but I'll try to update fortnightly (depending on activity). Soft deadline is around end of this month, early next month, hard deadline should be around late next month.

I'll have to drop my MAP08 slot, we're busy painting the walls of our house and I'm too busy to map right now (plus my computer is sitting in a cardboard box right now).

Here's a quick turnaround, but I do rather enjoy this kind of project.
Map08 - Sewers

Unlike the last two projects I decided to go into this one completely from memory. I chose to not replay the map at all and only looked at the original at the very end (aside from looking at how the arch-vile floors worked). To say the least there are a lot of differences but surprisingly i think i got most the major points, but i can';t recall the last time i played this map.

I did look into the map name before working so that I knew beforehand, but its hard since the name "realm" doesn't allow for much renaming to fit the automap character limit. I chose sewers since i remember this map featuring lots of brick water tunnels and kinda has a feel of a sewer.

Map08 needs to be updated aswell since i took Spineapple's slot. Might be some other errors currently or more specifically out of date info.

I kept hoping I would find the free time to finish my work on MAP23, but I can see now that it just isn't going to happen. I never came up with a wittier name than STONE2.  I'll have to give up the slot, I've attached what I finished thus far if whoever takes over wants to pick up where I left off instead of starting from scratch.

Yeah. I originally called MAP18, although I could take over MAP23 now that someone doesn't want it anymore. I am going to continue @SuperPecanMan's work as he requests and the level will now be known as "Fortress of Agony".
