0 Empyre Posted April 10, 2018 @therektafire: They are updating their codebase, but while they do that, GZDoom continues to be developed, so Zandronum will never fully catch up. It is a lot of work to integrate the codebase with Zandronum's multiplayer code and test it to make it stable and bug-free, and the bigger step they take along (G)ZDoom's development history, the more work it is. I think that Zandronum 4.0, or maybe 5.0, will be caught up to the last ever version of ZDoom, but GZDoom has been continuing from there. At least Zandronum is not stubbornly sticking with ZDoom 1.2 from 1999 like a couple other ports I can think of... 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
