How do I make a campaign similiar to Skulltag's "The Mortal Conflict"?

So I like Q3-like Bot rushes and I'd like to make one,and I guess it works like embedding addbot and fraglimit in a certain map.

Could you guys explain it?

I am using SLADE and GZDooM Builder.
