Are the textures in your wad itself or in a separate one? If they are in a separate wad then you'll need to load both your wad and the texture wad at the same time for it to work properly.

just post the wad friend so we can see and understand what's wrong

in the meantime:

did you put the texture between P_START and P_END markers?

did you add the texture to PNAMES and TEXTUREX lumps?

(i think you did since it shows up in the editor, but just makin sure)

I fixed it.

Delete your PNAMES and TEXTURE1 lumps, then go to the top of SLADE and click "Edit->Set Base Resource Archive" and add doom2.wad as an archive.

Then, go back to your CY_0 texture, right click, "Graphic->Add to Patch Table", hit yes, then select "Import from base resource archive" and hit OK. Then do "Add to TEXTUREx."

tada c:

P.S. This also applies to vanilla and boom, but for those you would also have to right click your textures and doing "Graphic->Convert to..." and select either "Doom Gfx (Paletted)" or "Doom Flat (Paletted)."
