Does MAPINFO support long music files?

Gabenslair

Question

Here's an Hypothetical: Even If it's not needed, lets say that in 5 years time, somebody wanted to make a jukebox that plays over a trillion music files for some reason. It's crazy but I would like to know if it's possible.

You mean "long names for music files". And I suppose you also mean GZDoom's ZMAPINFO.

And yes, it does. However, as always with long names, you have to give the full path instead of just the name -- so instead of having something like 'music = longfilenamemusic', you'll have something like 'music = "music/longfilenamemusic.mid"'.
