Ok , now rewatching some videos with more patience I noticed that there is in fact some work put in the sprites so it's fair enough to call it an edit. So sorry for being rude about the project.

 

But anyway, about your argument ...

Yeah, sure.

 

In case you didn't noticed Brutal Doom is the prefered choice for all the kids who had no idea what Doom is , so their closest experience is BD.

And when they try to make a mod for Doom , they tend to take whatever Brutal Doom version , change some sprites or sounds and "Hey guys! I'm Xx_AssasinDoomer420_xX and this is my mod and is the best mod ever B) !1!!!1!1!1!1! [no screenshots of course][barely changed brutal doom version]"

So it becames pretty fucking annoying seeing this so frequently , and I thougt this was just another BD worthless copy.

SBiD won't be just a Brutal Doom copy, it's just that the mod is still very early in its alpha stages so it doesn't look much different to other doom mods
