3D Model rendering problem... again...

DynamiteKaitorn

Question

For whatever reason my 3D model for my weapon wont render correctly and looks all glitchy. any idea what is causing these bugs? I've attempted to bake with Alpha, Full render AND Ambient Occlusion so far but none of them fix it.

Looks like it's positioned too close to the viewport (which will cause it to clip slightly). Try moving it forward and tweaking the size until it looks right. As for the other issues I'm not sure. Are you using any sort of materials, and if so, are you sure you set them up properly?

Can you upload your .pk3 please?

Well I moved it further from the camera and still just as buggy. And as for materials, I'm just using an external texture. In Blender it looks perfectly fine but not here...

Your weapon has an odd shape. What is it suppose to be? Can you post the original picture of it?

Not sure what that has to do with his problem.

The model may be too small. You can try scaling it up in Blender and see if that fixes it.

Here's an updated form of the Knife model. Still quite buggy. Seems to be a lot of clipping from what I can see yet Blender shows no clipping what-so ever. And all normals are facing the correct direction.
