Can you turn over your maps to someone else so they can release it under their name?

Is this possible? I feel like doing this, I dont think I'll be able to ever get another laptop to continue making maps ever again, Im quitting map making tbh, it was fun, I give myself a C minus for all the ones I made, poor gameplay, level design, if anyone wants them for their own, go ahead

Why so confident that you'll never never touch mapping ever again or ever get new laptop? Life has so many curvy paths and you'll never know what's next. 

Anyway, you can post your maps here and maybe someone will pick up them and let them shine.

Also, to answer your question more directly, yes, you can do whatever you want with your own intellectual property. I expect whoever finishes them would credit you though...
