New to Doom world!

Hey guys, I’m new to doom world but have been playing Doom since I was a kid! Been playin the hell outta doom mp lately and want to find new doomers to play with! Been thinking of hosting some tourneys and streaming them on my twitch channel. Glad to be here and hope to make some new friends :)

Welcome to the forums mate! Hope you enjoy.

 

Might I recommend getting the Freedoom IWAD if you haven't played classic? It's free (as the name implies) and uses the Doom source code, allowing you to more easily get used to the code. I'd also recommend getting GZDoom, although I'm biased as far as source ports go

Time difference is unfortunately huge. There is a steam group or something to organise games? I would like to play some co-op, even deatmatches but as I said I'm scarcely competitive at FPS games (I usually play Dota).
