Based on one of the endgame weapons from the game Terraria, this sword launches fast-moving, piercing cat-like projectiles that deal massive damage, without the need of ammo or mana. I hope you don't mind having any semblance of balance removed from the game!

Out of all of my little DECORATE mods, this by far the one I've put the most effort into. Also, voxels! This was a lot of fun to make, even if it did give me a couple headaches :P I'm getting better at this! Who would've thought! Hehe.

 

Known bugs:

 

• Not a bug per se, but the particle offsets aren't perfect. I was tired of banging my head against my desk trying to make something better, so I decided to leave them alone.
• This may be one of those "cannot be unseen" kind of things, and you may not even notice if you don't know about it beforehand, so I'll leave it in a spoiler:

One of the attack frames for the sword is missing its top :(

 

Please note that this may cause slowdowns on not-so-powerful hardware due to the amount of dynamic lights.

 

PS: If anyone knows how to use Blender or a similar program, and is willing to spend some time on making a swinging animation for this, it would be greatly appreciated. I can provide a .dae file with its corresponding textures. I tried to do this myself but ended up incredibly confused.

@Cell No, cacos are not immune, and neither are pain elementals :D

Here's an update no one asked for: the rainbow trail is made of voxels now, so it looks a little bit better.

 

I'll also try to make something else Terraria-related soon...
