Predator doom?

I saw talk of a Battle Royale mode on here recently and It got me thinking about other game modes that might fit in with the Doom engine. 

 

Would Predator Doom be possible? A server with 6-10 people taking turns to be predator? Predator would be invisible or close to it but could be heard. Predator would make a walking sound or another small signal to the marines without being too obvious. Predator wouldn't use guns but would have to rely on stealth.

 

The marines could use standard gear, you'd have guys firing blind and panicking.........It would be thrilling. Doom has the textures, the weapons and the claustrophobic possibilities built into the engine already.

 

If this has already been done then I do apologise.

Something similar to the "terminator" mode in skulltag?

Sure that could be possible... Personally i can't do it because I don't have that much scripting skills...
