Ok fine, for the purpose of this argument we'll call it gothic metal, cause thats what it is, bands like Tristania are gothic metal, My Dying Bride is doom/death metal, Metallica is Heavy Metal, Carcas/Cannibal Corpse/Nile are death/extreme metal, NIN is Industrial.

I'd like to hear the same sort of thing as the chorus of Heresy in Doom 3... Really heavy guitar, but low down, so it's not blasting apart every other sound the game is making.

But anyway, I generally play FPS games without music.
