By this definition Doom 2 v1.666 that the far majority in 1994-1995 used to play Doom 2 isn't vanilla..

We're 3 days into May, have some patience haha technically we could be waiting until the 7th before we hear anything! I'm excited too but the best thing to do at this point is just hang in there and once it's out it'll (hopefully) all have been worth it.

They should have been a little more vague. They're just setting themselves up for failure with an overly ambitious release date. Just tell us it's coming soon and keep us anticipating it.

@DoomKid423As far as i know, the free version of SIGIL won't be released until the second week of May to give time for the fan boxes to ship. I'm sure once the first one has arrived somewhere it'll be mentioned here, as i'm sure it'll arrive before the free WAD is uploaded to /idgames (or at least that's what i'm thinking anyways).
