Is there an XDRE TAS building tool version for Android?

So, I am quite puzzled where to post this. If you can, I'd appreciate help. 

 

Now to my question. Is there an XDRE version for Android phones or tablets? Would be neat to make TAS demos while being on a train ride. 

 

Second question. The source codes exists, also thanks to Vita for that. Can I just compile an Android version out of the source code? I am really noob at compiling big projects and I know that they can be a pain in the ass since you might need multiple working resources and right dependencies to be able to compile. If someone could guide, that'd be cool.
