Ideas to decorate a wooden interior

I'm drawing a blank on how to decorate the wooden interior of a building in my WAD. Any ideas?

No screens so I can't tell you exactly what I would do in this context, but I would refer to how they were done in the IWAD maps.

PANBLACK, PANBLUE are always nice, and metal textures would be nice too.

Lots and lots of book shelves! God, I love book shelves. Other than that, how about some cupboards, altars, random steps, that picture frame texture, chairs if you must. And don‘t forget to add random support beams made out of chunky wood. But place them in a way, that they at least make a little bit of sense.
