As far as I remember, there's only 4 of them in total, but still, there's certainly some stuff to appreciate about D3ROE mini-games.

 

For me the best one is equally and definitely Hellanoid, even though it rather just attempts to recreate the experience of Arkanoid, but for the most part it succeeds to do it pretty well, IMO. This is indeed a simpler version of a classic game, but feeling like you're playing Arkanoid in a Doom game is quite enjoyable.

 

Also among the better ones I'd like to mention Martian Buddy Blaster, because of the fact that despite its simplicity, the cosmic atmosphere supplemented by all those flying aliens and items gives a feeling of the game being infinite, which I think is a brilliant feature. One of the only few things that I think this mini-game overacts with is BFG shooting some strange balls and having no tracers ;)
