Edit blood colors for Gzdoom with SLADE?

I am trying to change the blood colors of certain enemies using SLADE.

Baron/Knight=Green blood

Cacodemon=Blue blood

Lost Soul=No blood

And so forth. 

 

I am very unfamiliar with using Doom editing programs.

Even with the official guides on the Zdoom wiki, I am still having little to no luck.

A well detailed guide on how to do so would be much appreciated.

You can open it with Slade and see how it is done (see DECORATE lump).

So I open the ZIP with Slade and then do what exactly?

Do I open it as a pk3 file?

Extract the zip archive. There are two WAD files inside, and one TXT. You need only BloodFixer.wad. Open it with Slade. This wad contains only two lumps. You need the one called DECORATE.

Alright, I know that I have to import the wad file. Where do I import it to?
