Doom 64 Menu Controls Noob Question

Okay, this is probably a really dumb question but it's kind of difficult to Google.

 

I'm playing Doom 64 on the Project64 emulator, and I unlocked the features menu. When I go to it I can select the level I want to warp to, but once I have selected it I can't figure out how to actually warp. Pressing A and Z does nothing, and pressing Start just goes back to the main pause menu. What incredibly obvious thing am I missing?

Lol, thanks. I assumed those would just cycle through the levels.
