I must have the WHY editor so I may practice Python while modding?

My creator says I must use python for many task as such I want to use to create a world takeover simulator for my fellow cat people. I want to create my simulator using Doom?

I looked around I can't find anything about it since 2003 and the website is not up anymore so Why editor has most likely been abandoned
