You can open up doom.wad with SLADE and search for "head" and find and export the cacodemon sprites. You can learn more about how sprites are handled by exploring the ZDoom wiki.

my friend gave me the folders, with those faces on the cacodemon sprites, i need the original images of the cacodemon

They are in your Doom IWADs.
