Help with custom palette

Hi! When I was a kid and didn't have Doom yet, I remember looking at these screenshots, fantasying about it and getting a little bit disappointed when the actual game didn't look like it. These are the ones:



I tried to modify the c1 palette in the "DLC" for instadoom which looks almost like it, it kinda worked but the colors get messy in the dark. I don't know if someone would like to help me a bit with it. I attached the wad to the post.
