Questions about /idgames/incoming uploads

Any time in the past couple of days I'd boot up my FileZilla and try to upload to /incoming it says "there are too many connections to this address" yet there's always just the one.

 

Also, is there a file size limit? Mine's like 133mb and I doubt it'll be allowed but is there an alternative other than moddb?

just as a side note, if you're uploading something over 50MB you'll probably want to get into contact with the archive maintainers (the archive's readme will tell you how) before uploading it.
