Doom written media.

So now that Id are creating a Doom universe, why not expand upon it with written media?

 

It seems any game with a large universe has novels but why not do something original?

 

I was thinking about an epic poem about the Doomslayer, like Paradise Lost, The Iliad or Odyssey. I read the last two last year and kept thinking how cool it would be to have something like this in the Doom universe. It could even be written by a demon!
