Doom 3 fake screenshot contest using classic Doom games for an old gaming website

Hello again Doomworld!

I was browsing some old video game news websites using the Wayback Machine and i came across a site that supposedly had a Doom 3 fake screenshot contest. What I presume is that users had to create fake screenshots of Doom 3 mostly using the classic Doom games by creating custom WADs or using other software and then publishing them online to this website. I would like to know if there is anyone here in Doomworld who knows about this and if anyone here was even involved in said contest.
