Load demo from a particular time command in Prboom+

I recall there exists a command that lets u play a demo from the middle of a demolmp. E.g loading a demo from 4:00 minute mark onward. Can anyone tell me what that command is.

How long does this take? I am watching a really long 2.5 hour demo and when I use skipsec 1800 i am met with a black screen. I closed the program early but will it be the same speed just to fast forward that far?

If the demo progress bar is enabled, u will see that it is moving much faster during black screen than it normally would. I recall loading a demo from around 40 min mark (aka -skipsec 2400) took around few secs to half a minute to get there.

 

Also I play with Vsync Off so it might help as well.

oh okay your computer is probably just much better than mine. it took me 3:23 to do skipsec 1800
