How come my settings are not saving whenever I close out of Zandronum?

Whenever I switch to a new renderer or change a few of my player options and close out of the game, none of my configurations are saved.

 

Is there something wrong with the source port?

The one I am using is Zandronum.

Most likely, windows doesn't like a program modifying files in some odd folder so running as administrator might help.

I encountered this issue when I installed Zandronum in program files. To make this easier on yourself, uninstall Zandronum and install it again somewhere other than program files.
