Removing brutaldoom monsters Gore and fatalities

I want to remove all of the brutal doom monsters Gore and fatalities an keep only the weapons so I can use them with other monster mods ....is doing this possible? I tried removing them with Slade but It hasn't worked ....I just want to know if doing this is even possible

The code of Brutal Doom is a hot mess, and very difficult to figure out what is going on, because everything is top level and organized very poorly. You may want to try looking at BDLite instead. It's basically a heavily cleaned up Brutal Doom that is much better organized and documented. It shouldn't be to hard to remove everything except the weapons with it.

Try BDLite. It's a completely rewritten, streamlined version of Brutal Doom. Apart from a streamlined, cleaned decorate code, it also has all the clutter removed. So no fatalities, last stands, hitboxes, dual-wielding, meat-shields and so on.

Yes it's possible. I tried to make a Brutal Doom weapons only a while back but the code was such a mess I didn't stick with it long. But yes, it can be done. You just have to make sure you carefully edit all the code correctly to remove all the other Brutal Doom aspects.

I managed to get it running but it has bugs lots of code to go through still

Thank you I just hope the weapon names are the same cause I reskined most of them ....would hate to have to go through that again lol
