Extra vote points aren't permitted. Only 55 points are allowed and you can allocate them for a minimum of 10 wads to a maximum of 20 wads.

 

If you want to give some points to a wad, you will have to remove some points from one of the wads you voted to in the past.

10 points - Eternal Doom [My favorite mapset right now, it's got very long levels but they're just so great looking and the exploration is worth it.]

9 points - Icarus: Alien Vanguard [It's got a nice soundtrack and was very big for 1996.]

8 points - TNT: Revilution [Pretty great maps with nice usage of Evilution bits and pieces.]

7 points - Valiant [Not my taste, but a very nice set of maps that feels clean to run through.]

6 points - Back to Saturn X: Episode 1 [Probably one of the most ambitious WADs I have ever played.]

5 points - Crossing Acheron [Despite the fact that it's now considered a low-detail map, it's fricking amazing]

4 points - Freedoom: Phase 2 [Sorry, it's got the super shotgun.]

3 points - Freedoom: Phase 1 [It's very cool. I like the way the textures are used]

2 points - SIGIL [It's fairly difficult, but the atmosphere is amazing. Plus, it's made by the man himself!]

1 point - Sunlust [It's a beautiful WAD, but it's really hard]

I finally finished something that I liked enough to put in the top 10!

 

10 points to Japanese Community Project - I feel the urge to revisit this again and again, a lot more than I do with Ancient Alienṡ, even though I can't justify that objectively. As such, this deserves full marks from me.

9 points to Eviternity.

8 points to Valiant.

7 points to Going Down.

6 points to Freedom: Phase 1.

5 points to Sigil.

4 points to The Plutonia Experiment.

3 points to Freedom Phase 2.

2 points to Atmospheric Extinction - because why not get something new on the board. Really impressive architecture, excellent full-quality music, great use of Boom features. I enjoyed every minute of it.

By the way, 2021 is a good year for Doom WADs. It isn't even over yet, but it has already beaten 1994, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 by points.

I have a chart of my favourites alone. It's a staggeringly good year. The chart is already much outdated and yet the number doubles the previous year's.
