I made an "Explosion" but it kinda sucks

I made this because i wanted a more realistic explosion type but i've been trying to make look cool/work well but its getting annoying for me.

so i posting here in the hope someone could tweak a little for me, and teach me something to help.

also i didn't get the sound to work :(
