As we know in Doom 2016 there is a prophetic tree that speaks about 4 predictions, but this is not the only place where you can hear such predictions / voices  (below is a link to the prediction tree, and in the screenshots of the place where you can hear voices)

I think the Dark Priest could refer to Samuel Hayden.

Theory:

first one could refer to the Marauder

Second one could refer to The Khan Maykr using the Crucible merging everything and the apparition of the Icon of Sin.

Third one could refer to I don't know yet but is not Samuel Hayden

Last one already happened in Doom 2016
