Help With GZdoom/ZDL

So when i was just using GZDoom everything was fine, but now i'm trying ZDL out and it's saying it can't find the executable. For context, i'm using GZDoom as the source port, Ultimate Doom and Doom 2 Steam releases as my IWADS and i'm trying to play normal Doom 2, Ultimate Doom, Smooth Doom, and Russian Overkill as the external files.

You have the file structure all mixed up.

Highlight DOOM2.WAD and then click Launch

Go to general settings and add all your source ports under "Source ports" on the left, then add all your IWADs under "IWADs" on the right. Return to "Launch config" and select the source port you want to use and the IWAD you want to use. If you're playing without mods then don't add anything else and just launch the game. If you want to use mods, add them under External files, don't add Source ports or repeated IWADs here, just the mods, now try again and see if it works.
