MIDI to MUS / MUS to MIDI (2 minute tutorial)

This still seems to get asked on occasion, so I decided to make a super simple tutorial to hopefully render this question a thing of the past.

 

This replaces any need for midi2mus, mus2midi, mus2mid, qmus2midi, blah blah blah all that crap.
