how do I change resolution in game?

Hi,
I'm a n00b w/ the Doom stuff... just got the Doom 3 leaked demo
one quick question: how do I change the resolution in the game? (I'm sure there's some sort of command to do that) and is there any other commands that can tone down the graphics or whatever? plz give a n00b a hand. thx :)

Um, why exactly is that? Is asking about how to improve resolution in the Alpha such a bad thing?

It's not as though they can't go to the forums and have a look around. I'm sure they'll probably figure out about this Doom3 Editing Forum on their own :)
