Doom 3 Delta reactor glitch? (Nintendo)

I’ve been running through doom3 on the switch which is great and has been great till now. Ive already ran through all campaigns in marine without issue, now I’m almost half way doom3 on veteran but have hit a wall. I’m at the delta labs right about to head to the teleporter to hell in the next level.

 

I have the data linker, and the reactor is running, I cannot proceed through the elevators because it still says low power. I’ve tried going back to the reactor to see if maybe I had missed a pda or screen to press. Nothing.  
 

After ensuring the reactor was running I headed back to the data linker area, noticed there was a screen with options to reroute power to various areas of the facility. Fiddled with each option and running to the elevator to see if the panel stops reading low power, nothing. There’s another screen to the left reading “reactor restart required” or something along those lines too even though the reactor is activated.

 

Looks like there’s two doors that require pda access from science team or the clearance counselor swan has etc.. I didn’t have this issue my last run. 

any ideas? Did I accidentally blast a pda into oblivion? Does doom3 bfg have a lot of strange bugs?

BFG accidentally introduced a softlock in exactly and only that map. If you try to use the elevator early before you fully restore power, that screen doesn't reset and will be unusable, softlocking progress. You'll need to restart the level.
