How to play Doom Eternal on PC on streaming?

What other options are there for PC AAA games on streaming, now that GeForce Now is not an option? Will you have to buy the game on Steam anyway? And what would the costs of such a service be for priority access?

I'm disappointed Bethesdas games won't be available on Geforce Now. I liked the idea that I actually own the game in my Steam library. That's why Google Stadia isn't an option for me.
