SamuelMTEvander Posted March 18, 2020 (edited) Romero or Sandy. Carmack speaks like he exists on a whole other level than me. I don't think I could hold a conversation with him as much as I admire him. Maybe even talk game design with Tom Hall, dammit I can't choose! Senor500 Posted March 19, 2020 John Carmack, just to listen to whatever he feels like talking about, I always like watching videos of him talking. Sandy Petersen and Tom Hall, I really like their ideas on design and their inspirations, I'd love to know them more. Adrian Carmack, just to get into how he does his art, I really like it. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
SYS Posted March 24, 2020 John and John should form a band. Carmack could program some insane midi neural network interface triggering hundreds of stored VST patches in real time. While Romero sings backwards and does filter sweeps on the euro rack. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
croc_rock Posted March 24, 2020 If Carmack was drunk he would either find the cure for cancer or wipe out all life on earth 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Doomkid Posted March 24, 2020 I saw some conference thing years ago presented by Romero and Hall. They seem to bounce off eachother well, I’d like to be party to that. 3 Quote Share this post Link to post

Nine Inch Heels Posted March 24, 2020 (edited) Donna "id mom" Jackson. If you want all the juicy details and high octane gossip, you get the woman who had to roll her eyes for years on end drunk. GMB718 Posted March 25, 2020 John Romero because I'd love to talk with hime about Doom of course, but also stuff like 80's metal and horror movies and stuff. Plus I'd ask him about that game he's currently working on, which I can't even recall the name of at the moment, and maybe find out a bit more about it. Then at the end I'd give him shit for Daikatana just for shits and giggles. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
