competitive co-op? is this a thing?

So fill me in my ignorance if this is a thing but, is there anyone doing competitive co-op, ie teams of 2-4 players competing to 100% levels in UV coop play, competing for fastest team completion time? Would anyone be into that?

Zdaemon and zandronum have both hosted co-op/survival tournaments like this in the past.

I have heard of talks of this as well and find it very intriguing. Would definitely be cool to get with a group of people to have some competitive UVMAX co-op or survival. I have seen some co-op speedruns with Doom2, but seeing other wads would be cool.
