I wonder how he got through the game that early, considering the game has just been released. Bethesda probably saw his MAP15 secret video and gave him a code.

The standard playtime (15-20 hours) probably taken exploration and reading Codexes into account.

In all fairness, someone probably told him that it was impossible to finish Doom Eternal in less than 10 hours. That seems to be what it takes.
