With the collectable music records, i noticed even Doom 64 was represented.

But none of Quake 1 for obvious reasons. i wonder what happened to Trent and how he feels about the new Doom's.

Don't know if this counts as an easter egg, but the gates in front of the portal in Urdak have a familiar color coding system...

There's a big Dopefish hanging from a hook on a chain somewhere on Cultist Base IIRC.

 

I remember running into Dopefish one or two other times in the campaign but can't recall any specifics.
