Doom 64 Raw Mouse Input?

Is there a console command that activates this? I have the Bethesda.net version. It appears to be in Doom 64 EX. But with mouse acceleration turned all the way and Mouse Smoothing off I appear to still have some acceleration. I will move my mouse stop and my gun still appears to move. I looked through the options for Raw mouse input, searched online. I figure someone knows the console code for it, if exists.
