Doom 3 "Scan Hardware" sets to "Low Quality"

Only a few months ago I was able to use the "scan hardware" button in the graphics settings of VANILLA Doom 3 to "Ultra", but lately, it's been setting it to the lowest quality imaginable, and I have no idea what console commands to use to set it to Ultra. Whenever I look around for console solutions, there's always a ridiculously long list of commands to enter, and I don't even know if they do what I want.

 

So, is there a console command that will set Ultra resolution? Or is it more than one command?

I just set these values in my own DoomConfig.cfg and everything looks great again.
