I'm not sure if I have particular favorite and least favorite levels, but Mars Core is my most played level of the campaign, and Taras Nabad is probably my least played. So that's what I voted for.

Cultist Base is rough for a lot of first-time players, especially since the game is throwing hard-hitting enemies at you and you don't have a lot of upgrades just yet. I struggled throughout that level my first time playing, and a YouTuber I'm supporting rage-quit his playthrough on Cultist Base because of the platforming (well, more like he just noped out). Although, he came back to it and recently finished the game.

With replays, it turns into a very fun level.

ARC complex. Hands down.

ARC complex is great because it's right at the point where you almost have all your fundamental weapons and skills, but you're still not a complete powerhouse. The game also begins to show its hand in terms of the pure number of enemies you begin to encounter. The level also has platforming that's not overly complex and makes sense for the environment. You're still jumping around alot, but you're not transversing huge empty spaces like in the Doomhunter base or Urdek. It also has the best slayer gate with the two Cyberdemons, Barons and Doomhunter.

Mars Core, making way to a portal buried deep inside the core of mars, jumping between broken pieces of the planet make for a very good spectacle, slayer literally riding a BFG shot to blast through a wall in another side of the facility in one of the broken pieces out of reach, got more than enough action going to not feel like a chore, the scale of everything here make it easily one of the most memorable levels of the game. The build up to Final Sin is also great, watching the icon stomp the city in the background, jumping from building to building, fighting through ramped up hordes of demons without too much distracting platforming breaking the flow between every battle area is very cathartic.
